Six-Month Warranty: All our repairs (with some exceptions for professional equipment) carry a full six-month (6) warranty. If, during the warranty period, your camera fails for any reason related to the repair we performed we will repair it at no cost to you, provided you supply us with your copy of the repair receipt.
BUT: If the camera has suffered new damage of any sort — e.g. moisture, tampering, impact, or sand — the warranty will be voided and a new estimate will be issued for further repairs. This decision will be made at the discretion of Kominek Camera.
Refused Estimates: When a technician has had to perform a significant amount of labor to determine the reason for an equipment malfunction, and the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs, Kominek Camera charges a Refused Estimate Fee.
